My new email form is not working. The email form I have on a different page was working in the past. It is no longer working either. I have looked at all the suggestions. I have ran the various test within the control panel admin. I have checked with my hosting provider and they support php. I tried the post and get methods. I have re-loaded the entire site, but still not working.

I am using V10.1.10.54

The domain is www.gcehjazzfest.com

The new email form is http://www.gcehjazzfest.com/call-for-artist.html

The form that was working last year is http://www.gcehjazzfest.com/enroll.html

What should I do now?

Hello,

you use a old version of the program, please try to upload this, click on the "ucheck for update" in the start windows.

Update the program and re-esport the site completely on the server.

Let me know.

. . . you are shure that your provider did not make any upgrade of PHP (or other security changes) ?

It turns out that the mail was going to a spam folder that was hidden in some other option. What I was seeing was the junk folder which had no mails coming to that folder. But there was also a spam folder. That is where the mail was going.

So there are no issues!
