As a new user I am astounded that there is not undo command. When starting everbody wants to check and edit their work, so without an undo feature the program is useless.

I have lost count how many time I have to start over.

Here we go again, I just spent 10 minutes writing a message only to lose it when I loged in.  My complaint like other buyers is the the program is not what it is cracked up to be.

It has some major faults which have not been corrected. No program should be issued without an UNDO command, and for me I have never had a web program that won't play an animated GIF file. It suppose to be an easy specialised program to use, but nothing could be further from the truth.

To add to this, nobody from the company wants to answer my questions ... they don't have the answers! As far as I am concerned having just bought the program, it is advertised falsely and therefore I should be entitled to a refund

Hello Graham,

The program has the undo function as example in the text editor with the buttons which allows you to undo and redo.

The gif files also works correctly in the program if you use them in the image object as example.

Generally for the whole project the program generats a backup file after you save the project so you can return to the previous version of the project in case you need it by recovering the backup file.

Many thanks!
