Can I give my clients access to make corrections by giving them a copy of the project
This affects the fact that I have it installed on two computers?

No this is not why you can use 2 computers it's for personal use only.
They need to buy a licence in that case.

Thats up to you, or you show your client website x5, get a licence and give the project, or you do the changes for your client.
You could also use the dynamic content, there your client van create and maintain information.
