Email form created and upload but unable to work

Hello all users!
I just created a website which included a contact us page. I have input the details for the Email form, uploaded the website to server and however I try it does not work.
I tired input the details and send to myself however nothing happens, I didn't receive any email from my designated email nor the email I used for email form.
I used the Incomedia to update the website doesn't work, cleared server and upload via filezilla and does not work either.
Any experts out there can advise?

Email issues can be diagnosed using the online control panel for your WebSite X5 project.
Please log in to your WebSite X5 online control panel here:
http://www.the-name-of-your-website/admin/login.php (obviously you need to substitute 'the-name-of-your-website' with your actual website name!)
Your username and password is the 'Administrator' details which you have defined in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Access Management
Once you have logged in look towards the top left hand corner of your screen... you will see a link marked 'Test'... click on it...
In the new screen which appears you will be able to comprehensively test and troubleshoot your email settings. You will also be notified of any errors in your server configuration.
