Website X5 11 Home - "Failed to connect" message to activate

I am trying to activate X5 11 Home from Giveaway of the Day. After entering my email address and pressing Next, I get a message saying "Failed to connect" and Try Again. There is Internet Access.

Please temporarily switch off your anti-virus and/or firewall whilst attempting to activate the software.

Аnti-virus and firewall are switch off.
Something else must be preventing your computer from communicating with the Incomedia server. If you are connecting by way of a proxy server, then please bypass that too whilst activating.
If the problem persists then you can unlock the software manually (without an internet connection):
