Menu content height

Hi,
So my question has to do with menu height. I have found how to change the width and it is very easy. I also found how to change the menu height. My issue is that if I make my menu 75 pixels high the content still stays at default. I am wanting to change the content so that it will match the menu height.
For example, if my menu has a height of 75 pixels, I want to change the content height so when I hover over it, the background color fills the whole menu. Can I do this and if so, where? Thanks in advance!

Yes, that is where I was looking. I realized that to achieve what I was looking for has to do with the margins. If you change the margins to a lower number on the content, you will get the content background to fill more of the menu.
