Forgot to save a project with new template I purchased. How do I retrieve it ?

I purchase a new template but forgot to save the project I was trying it on. Where can I find it or download again.

You should select it like before, but the paymand pop up sould not be seen / or free.
It's connected to your account. like your licence.

I cannot see it other than on the website, where it shows as purchased.

Step 1 General Settings - Default Template - Licenced
if you can not see it, please send me a screenshot of what you see and explain exactly what you did.

Hi Samantha,
I purchased on the web a template Silent Adventure. It showed up in the Evolution 11 program when I created a new project to review the layout.
I know better, but I forgot to save the project so the template would be available again.
Usually not a problem except that Silent Adventure does not appear as being available or even for sale inside the program - only on the web.
A couple of solutions would be to make it available in the program for sale or refunding my sale so I can purchase it again and save the project this time.

This doesn't matter... the template will still be available for selection within WebSite X5 irrespective of whether or not the project was saved.
If you have previously purchased the template then it will still be selectable within the software because, as Andre stated, the purchase is recorded and tied to your account, the same account which you used to register and install the WebSite X5 program itself.
Did you check the exact location within WebSite X5, as per Samantha's instructions?
Please see the screenshot which I have attached which shows you precisely where to look. You must select 'Licenced' from the Template drop-down menu within the Default Template section. The procedure is the same for both the Professional and Evolution versions.
Please send a screenshot of what you see when you navigate to the same place within X5 on your own computer.
