Can somebody test if the online library pictures load in x5?

I get a generic error, also in Evo, Also in Pro, also when firewall is off, also after reinstall.

Before I start to reinstall .net Framework I would like to make certain that it's my pc that causing this. And not that there is something in x5 or with pixabay wrong?

On what windows version are you experiencing this issue?

When exactly did you start to experience this issue?

Did you install any programs recently or made any updates?

Check if the repair of .NET in this case helps.

About a month ago it still worked. nothing has changed on my pc sinds then. (except updated pro but not EVO, and they both fail...)

I still work on the latest Xp, yes I know....... , I'm waiting test for win 10 to buy a new pc with that OS.

As already stated i have debugged everything except the .netframework, last time it toke a while to reinstall everything with all the updates that followed.... I need the older versions as well for the older websitex5 programs to help out here. So I think I will reinstall first the latest .netframework and see if that helps.

Sometimes an extra alert message comes from x5 saying that an error occured and the file is invalid or corrupt. I have downloaded directly and then insert the picture, that went without problem. So for now I can go further with the site, I will let you now if I find something, so it might help others as well.

Hello Andre,

Are you having the same "generic error" also in Evolution which has not been updated?

Let me know if updating .NET is helping to solve the issue or if you get more informations to help to identify it so I can inform the developers.

The error in Evo is the same, I have repaired .net framework 4, did not help, removed it, restarted, installed .net framework 4. still the same error, I get the error in dutch cause evo is in dutch and I use pro in english.

But it's the same error. I will continue debugging I think it's more my pc cause other users don't have the problem and before I did not have it eather. I will keep you informed.

Tested today and now it works ! Truly strange, yesterday the update patches came from microsoft for .net framework and I installed those yesterday before closing the pc.

I am not sure if they did the trick nothing else has changend. Still that's my best geuss, I would not know what else good have been wrong and has been changed so ..... , I will keep an eye on it....
