Order received but no notification of what it is for

I have an email problem... order received but no notification of what it is for.
The website was created in evolution 10.
Deleted and reloaded the website (hosts are one.com)
Tried a test order from a hotmail account and received an email to indicate that an order had been placed but the order was not received at my gmail account where it normally would be.
Obviously what I have in common with Melanie (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/123520) is that the order notification should be received at a gmail account and this is working fine for all other types of email.
Has anyone any further thoughts on this?

Did you check if probably any email sent from your website has been flagged as spam accidentally on your account?
What you can do to find out why it is not arriving on the gmail account is to ask the hosting provider to see the email log to see why these emails are not sent to your gmail account. It will probably contain a failure message with more informations about why it happend. Generally on the log there will be indicated the cause and sometimes also the solution but about this your hosting support will be able to help you more once the log has been verified.
