How to move my licence form one computer to another

Hi people:
I have a question, Can I deactivate my current license to move it to another computer? the reazon is becaiuse I installed Windows 10 and it's really bad, I prefer to reinstall the windows 8 and format all my computer but I can't because I don't know how to deactivate this license and I don't want to lose my software.

Hello David,
There is no need to 'deactivate' your WebSite X5 licence as such. You are permitted to have WebSite X5 installed on any two computers at any one time. It is not the number of activations which matters, but the total number of installations at any point in time, which must not exceed two. As long as you adhere to this policy then you will stay within the boundaries of the WebSite X5 software license. By wiping WebSite X5 from your Windows 10 installation and reinstalling on Windows 8 you will still only be using one of your two concurrent licences.
Simply reinstall WebSite X5 on your Windows 8 installation, having reformatted your hard drive/SSD. During the course of the install attempt to activate the software as normal by following all the prompts. If you are unable to do so then set this thread to 'Private' by clicking on the small padlock icon at the bottom right of your initial post. This will allow you to communicate confidentially with the Incomedia support staff who will be able to assist you further.
