Error message from Shipping cart

Hello,
I have a problem with my shopping cart. on www.protect-it.com.au
When client orders our products online, after sending the order an efror message pops up.
I have filled out the order form correctly but it keeps happening.
Also. When the PO is emailed, it shows me as the sender and the receiver?
Can anyobe help? I am using X5 version 11

Hello Paul,
Try to change email script type in step 4 - datamanagement to test which email script type works on your hosting space. To test it you need to export the project online.
In case none of them works contact your hosting provider to ask if they allow to send emails from the website and if they support PHPMailer or php mail() as functions.

Version 11 requires al least PHP Version 5. Any version of PHP 5 is fine.

I have found that version 5.2 does not work

It can be 5.2 on your hosting used doens't contains all the necessary functions used by the program.
