With the new Version 12, when checking Responsive design in order to be more mobile friendly,
1) Can we view a preview of the Responsive design of the website?
2) How soon is the mobile friendly version of the site viewable on a smartphone, tablet device, after the the site is uploaded to the server?
Can some person(s) copy a link of other similar situations for me to view in order to help mebetter understand version 12.

In answer to your questions:
1) Yes, the Preview mode is continuously adjustable allowing you to reduce or enlarge the viewport to see the effect of different viewports on your site
2) Immediately

Please note that there are some differences between the responsive features in the Professional and Evolution versions, with the Professional version having more options and control over how your site will appear on mobile devices.
