Default values on e-mail form

When creating an e-mail form how are default settings applied? Eg, we have a Single Choice field with Yes or No but want the default to be No. Also can not see how to set the text colour, Eg, Red for Mandatory fields and Black for optional fields is applied.

Hi Jon.
It is currently not possible with the software to set a default value as well as applying different colors for mandatory fields without touching the source code.
I suggest yuo create an Idea post so that we can better track the new features you're proposing.
