I have a similar problem (ref: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/130034), V11 won't support responsive format for mobiles, so I upgraded to v12.
It works fine in the browser, on my computer monitor, if I emulate a Tablet or Mobile configuration, but when I try to view it on a Tablet or Mobile the format doesn't change.
I have introduced a new welcome page that works fine, My website is www.equus-imaging.com, the only pages I have formatted for responsive working is the Home Page and the first menu item under the Dressage heading.
Am I doing something wrong?

Agreed - your site is not responsive on my phone either (but it is through my browser)

Thanks Esahc glad it's not jus me.
Can someone from Incomedia please comment on my post and try to fix it please.
Hello Colin,
I'm not from Incomedia but I can offer you some advice in the meantime.
The true URL of your site would appear to be:
http://www.colin-allison.com/equus-imaging.com/home.html
The above URL appears to work fine when viewed on mobile devices... i.e. it is responsive.
If it was my site I would first look very closely at the project URL's, and in particular whatever you have done to cloak the true URL and show www.equus-imaging.com in the browser address bar.
This code is not working well. When attempting to visit your site via that particular URL the connection would often time out.
I will alert Incomedia to this specific thread as per your request.
Kind regards,
Paul
Hello Colin,
Like Paul correctly suggested the issue coms from the cloaking code used which is based on Frames and this is not allowing the site to be responsive.
Many thanks!

Hi Paul & Claudio,
I am not sure what you mean about the URL. The reason the address comes up like that is the equus-imagin.com is in a sub-directory of www.colin-allison.com on my host server.
Can you suggest how I can get round this please.
One other thing, I am unable to start a new post from my account, any idea why?
Regards
Colin
Hi Colin,
Sub-directories are fine, as long as you use the fully qualified domain name to access your site, which in your case is:
http://www.colin-allison.com/equus-imaging.com/home.html
as opposed to:
http://www.equus-imaging.com
Does the following link work for you?

If not then I'll leave this question to the Incomedia admins, who will be better placed to advise you.
Best wishes...

Problem solved. Just contacted my domain host, Go Daddy, and my domain was forwarded with masking. Changed it to forwarding only and Hey Presto, reactive site!!
If you can please check on other mobile devices and confirm I would be grateful.

Hi Paul,
Yes the link does get me to the New Post page, but why cant I see a link on my account page?
Thanks for your help.
Colin
Now that the cloaking code has been removed everything seems to be fine, Colin.
The link to create a new post is actually on the home page:
https://answers.websitex5.com/
Look for 'Publish your Question, Idea or Praise'... (near the top of the page)
This is the same for everyone... apologies if it seemed confusing.
