I can't get my email forms to send even though all the tests pass in the admin section of the website.

I am using Evo 10 and GoDaddy.

I have tryed all the server script options and I get nothing when submitting the form.

I'm a bit desperate now as this is a major part of out contact section.

Website is: http://www.dadars.com

Graham

Did the email form work previously for this site or any others you have made?

Did it stop working with a change of hosting to GoDaddy?

Graham, I have never had an issue with any hosts sending email from a form, have you set the appropriate information in the send tab?

Hi, I'm not using the V13 Demo, I am using my V10 program, always have.

Yes I have filled in the information see attachement.

I'm wondering if I should change the email address as it's godaddy's Workspace email.

Graham, it should work as long as you can retrieve email from that address, but I would untick sender email address.

Graham, I have had this issue a couple of times when using webhostingworld.net (but in my case email stopped working rather than never worked), in my case I used livechat with them, they were able to see and correct the issue. Have you contacted godaddy?

I've asked the community, but not had a chat with support.

I could always use a 3rd party form designer like CoffeeCup if I can;t get it working.

Thanks

If the host is the problem, my experience is that coffee cup won't fix it.
