I deleted automatic registration in access management, now I can not get it back

In a moment of stupidity I deleted the automatic registration profile under "access management/user profile"
I have tried the following steps to get it backs
go to access management/settings and change automatic registration to manual registration than back again
close/open Profes. 12, still not showing up
Change setting to manual, upload, close program, reopen then changed the settings to automatic registration.... still no luck
Got mad, cut the computer off. Turned back on...than accepted defeat and asked ya'll.

Please reinstall WebSite X5 to recover the automatic registration feature.
As a precaution, back up/export your projects before doing so.

no, that did not seem to work. I just created a new website and am working on adding all the info. I figured at this point it would be easier. But thank you for the try
