Export mto website

I noticed a bug in exporting to Internet.
All sites imported from version 11 work as should but when I creat a new project produced in version 12 and export to the internet the first time it uploads all the files but all subsiquent attemps will not permit "Export only the files modified..." I have not had this problem with prior versions.

A little more investigation...
I created my new site and saved it and uploaded it to the net. I changed something saved and uploaded. I then noticed the problem mentioned above.
After posting my question the problem persisted so I close the program and had a cup of tea. The tea must have fixed the problem as when I reopened WSX5 it worked as it should.
I tell you, a cuppa does it every time.
It works only if I close and reopen WSX5.
