Evo 12 problems after installation

Hi,
I just installed Evo 12 and encountered two problems.
1. After importing a project from Evo 11, the program crashed when I tried to access the Responsive Template Structure in the Template Style window.
2. I received an error message when attempting to install the updates (see attached screenshot). All other programs were closed at the time.

Hello Cynthia,
Let's deal with the update issue first.
Please try rebooting your computer and then attempting to update once more.
If that doesn't work then please download version 12.0.1.15 from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' - this will install the new version over the older one - there is no need to uninstall first.
Please let us know how you get on. If the program crashes again then it would be helpful if you could paste the text details of any error message that you receive, here.
