Create an url link in the customer confirmation mail  en

Yes, that would be great, Andre.

I have another question. After people register for a program on my website, I send a confirmation email which includes a URL to a website page containing a questionnaire. However, the URL doesn't appear as a link. It's just in plain text. So, the participant has to copy and paste the URL into a browser. Is it possible to turn the URL into a link?

Thank you.

Best wishes,

Cindy

Hello Cynthia,

I changed this to another post, because it's another question. This helps other users better to find similair solutions.

You can set a html code your self in this text, but, if the receiver has not set html read on in there mail program it will show up as code instead of a link.

But most users will have this on, so I think it's worth a try.

I give you an example below from w3school, you can find there many answeres about coding.

<a href="https://www.w3schools.com/html/">Visit our HTML tutorial</a>

So change it to your own adress and place it in the confirmation.

You could also, like in the other topic make an IDEA post for it so that Incomedia make something like that in the future, I think it's a good Idea!

Best Regards,

Andre

That's great, Andre. I didn't know you could embed html code into the text of a confirmation email. Thanks so much. It worked perfectly!

Best wishes,
Cindy
