Not all 'galerie pictures' work in 'galleries'

up to the next problem... as I told you in my first mail, every upgrade is nightmare for existing projects... we loose seas of time...
tried again with the newest version, and the menu works, but not all 'galerie pictures' work in 'galleries' (although in the pictures can be opened and reworked, but tens of them do not appear on the life website (or preview) -> instead appears an error screen
again getting V12 offline and uploading V11. How can we please work economically with these upgrades if all the time we need to be debugging for Incomedia... it's no fun anymore to pay for upgrades..

It is probably due to the pictures being too big for the Internet.
The recommended size for an online picture is of less than 500kb, else it could cause either rendering problems like yours, or infinite waiting time to load. Additionaly, it is extremely data consuming when navigating for example from mobile.

it might be that the related pictures are > 500 kb (I just checked one, and it was the case)
and I agree with you that for the speed, etc.. it would be better if they were smaller
but... my point is that it worked in the previous version and that (as always several things go wrong) after conversion to the new version, it doesn't work anymore
that's frustrating if -being a loyal Incomedia user, and a loyal buyer of upgrades- everytime have to go through many costful hours of debugging for so many websites we have designed with your program...

At the moment, the problem is known, and this is also known as the best working solution to fix it.
