It took more than a day, but the response from support not received. Why is it so slow?

The official support from Incomedia is within 24/48 hours from time of posting, during normal working hours (excluding weekends and holidays), as stated in the terms and conditions of the software licence that you agreed to when you installed the software.
What thread are you referring to that has not received a response? Is it this one?

I shall flag that for Incomedia's specific attention when they return to work on Monday.
