Hello Ioannis,

If your web host is not willing to co-operate in requests like this then you should consider moving to another provider.  If you are on a shared hosting package then unfortunately you will have little control over the server configuration.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Ioannis,

It needs to be supported by your hosting and since you are on a shared hosting you cannot activate it manually but only the support of the hosting can do it.

If they cannot activate it then the only option is what Paul said to change hosting service.

Many thanks!
