A BIG MISTAKE x5v13 pro 
Author: IOANNIS P.Since the version 8 iam a customer to x5 and i bying all updates now iam at x5 v13 professional the most problematic version
all previous have a litle problems but this is the most outdated and out of time i dont have time to waste anymore for incomedia product
if they dont resolve the problems quiqly this is my last update and i focus to wordpress
what is my problem, to many but the most is that the program close without any fault from my side i have the same computer 5 years now from version 8 until now x5 is problematic
guis find the solution quiqly dont ask me about other problems you know what you sell
you know your product find the solution and dont wait anymore
thats all
i hope incomedia work and resolve all the problems, and i stay with them

Could you please kindly open a post and describe exactly what you are experiencing, so that our staff may help you out as quickly as possible? Please eventually add screenshots as well so that we may see what is happening.
