Professional 12 Crashing Problem

My Professional 12 software has crashed a couple of times giving me the following error report. I have absolutely no idea what any of this means. Can anyone else help me out?

Try to install all X86 versione of the visual c++ libraries you find under https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003 and then uninstall the program and download the installer from your profile here and proceed to reinstall it.

I'm using Windows 7. The message appeared during editing a project and froze. It only happened twice and seems to be ok now.

In case it should happen again inform me so we can see how to proceed.

If it works now without issues continue to work on ypur project. In case make an export as IWZIP file to have a backup of the project for every case.
