Place object into (or before) header

Hello All,
Is it possible to place one of the translation objects (such as the Bing Translator) into the header of a web site, so it becomes available on all pages of the web site?
My web site is currently in english but I would likethe information to be available in other languages.

Template Customisation
Insert HTML Code (Place the box where you want it in your header).
And add the script from here: https://www.bing.com/widget/translator
