Program crash when i have responsive markt  en

Bug? When you make a change with responsive checked, the program crashes.
I have to remove the mark, then make my changes and then select the responsive again.

It is not the optimal way to work.

When I made the changes and make the site "responsive" again the numbered blocks in a different order.
Is it a bug?

Hello Anna,

Try following:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

I would also suggest to not add too much blank cells on every page if not necessary since the space needs to be calculated for everyone of them if you use the responsive mode and this can take longer if you have too many blank cells.

Many thanks!

Now i had tried to uncheck and recheck .net. That makes no differense, its still dosent work.

The only way for me to solve it is to uncheck the responsive mode and do the changes and then recheck responsive mode. Then it works fine, but some time the displayorder hade change on som page so it takes alot of time to check that on every page.

Hello Anna,

Thank you for the information. Try also to install the X86 Versions of the visual C++ libraries you find under https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003

to see if this helps you to solve the experienced issue.

Many thanks!
