V14. Cant open project created in V12. They hooks up in " Initializing Project files" when tryed to open in V14, and stands there for houres and nothing happens

Anna, have you ensured that the V12 iwzip will import into V12?
If the V12 project is responsive, you could set it as desktop before export, then import to V14? I have found this puts a lot less stress on the import process, and of course it is easy to turn responsive back on once the imported desktop site has been tweeked for the new version.
