Hello Geo,

Please hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the Preview mode in WebSite X5.  Allow the preview time to build fully by watching the progress bar in the bottom right of the screen.

Then go through each page/gallery in your project and make a note of any images which do not appear in the preview.

Having done so, go back to the Gallery or Image Objects in question, and check the file path to the image(s).  Browse to the location(s) on your computer and see if the image file is physically present at each path specified.

heelloo Paul i do all these....and i still have the same problem...i see now that when i enter in the cell for edit my image dosen't there ..i see i picture of a camera....and i try to upload again but the same

Can you confirm that the images do not appear in the preview?  I'm not referring to your site online, but rather the preview mode within WebSite X5 itself.

OK, and if you navigate using Windows Explorer to where the images are supposed to be on your computer, are the files actually present at that exact location?

Are the images stored on your local hard drive, or are they on a removable drive, or network location, etc.?

all my images are my local hard drive and i don't moved them

Please look at the screenshot I have attached.

Right-click on the image filename (automaton1.jpg) and select the option 'Open file location'

Then check if the image is present...

yes the image is present

Please delete the existing Image Object, and create a fresh one pointing to the same image file.  Then hold down the 'CTRL' key and enter the Preview mode, and verify if the image now displays correctly.

nothing happens ..the same problem...and now i see that and other images that until yesterday was ok now have the same problem

Can you please post what version of Windows you are using, and also whether or not you have made any recent changes to your computer configuration, including software installs/uninstalls and Windows updates?

thank u i am using windows 10 at my desktop and windows 8 at my laptop.....so at 10 install yesterday upgardes .....but the problem are at both pc's ...i am waiting for a resolve

Maybe you could try one more thing;

export your project to desktop in step5.

then import the exported project from your desktop in x5 in the project selection there use the import button.

open the imported project, then hold the ctrl key and check your preview.
