When we fill our the Sales Terms and Conditions Text there is a button at the bottom of the screen: "Reaquest acceptance of Sales Terms and Conditions" as per image-001 attached.

When uploading our website, the system places the "tick" to accept the terms and then the actual terms! The system should first show the text of the terms and then the "tick" to accept.
