MS Edge browser breaks part of this site.

The Windows Microsoft Edge browser seems to be breaking part of this site. Using Firefox or Chrome please go to http://tenngoodsam.com -> Contact Us -> Website Support Desk. Notice how the "support desk" opens in a nice popup window.... as it should.
Now try the same thing with Windows 10 Edge browser... POO... it opens full screen!! Ideas?

Here is the Edge browser display.

Im Edge the popus are blocked by default and it's why it appears in this way. You need to to settings -> advanced settings and there turn off the popup block and then restart Edge to make it work correctly.

I HAVE and have always had the popup block turned off, yet the Support Desk still displays full screen.
Ideas?

I just tested it again and it appeared in a popup window. Try to restart EDGE and then test it again.
