My WebsiteX5 Professional 12 keeps crashing. I am using Windows 7 Professional. It was working fine until today. I have been using it for about a week to build my new website. It is not the demo version.

Hi Andre,

Thank you for the advice but after following the steps, the program is still crashing. Differnt this time though. Before it would just crash, now it comes up with an error screen that sends some infortion to Incomedia. It works for a while and then just stops, normally right after I close out the "preview" window.

This is the same problem im getting, program freezes and becomes unresponsive, here is the data dump below, same every time

Can you please open the Details tab when it's crashing and then copy the content and paste it here to see on what it depends?

Hi Claudio,

I will do that. It is strange because sometimes it just stops working with no error details and other times it give me an error message that allows me to send a report to Incomedia, which I have done. The next time it crashes with an error detail report, I will copy and paste it in this post.

try to uninstall all net framework and after that download from microsoft site all new versions of net framework and install them. Good luck!

Can you please make some tests on a new project to see if there you experience the same issue?

On the project you have these issues does this happens when you use a specific function?

Try also to install all Visual C++ Libraries you find under https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003 by choosing always the X86 Version.
