More crashing - again!

Hello,
This is a request for you to concentrate more on fixing the existing bugs in X5 rather that concentrating on new features.
My most recent tale of woe can be found here as another good example of the totally unacceptable frequency of X5 crashes:

X5 has such great potential. It is such a shame to see it dragged down like this having it behave more like unstable beta software than a full V12 commercial product.
You are badly leaking professional credibility guys. Please get on it.

Hello Gordon,
Our developers are constantly working to fix the experienced issues and also to add new functionalities. The program uses windows components and sometimes these causes the issues in the program. We are constantly verifying them to find solutions to allow the program to work so it can be used to work on the project.
Please continue on the post https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/138485 so my collegue can try to identify the cause and in case keep the developers informed to help you to use the program without experiencing these crashes.
