Why X5 Is Crashing So Much

Crashed a few times since I purchased a few days ago but today it has crashed 6 times in 5 minute spans. I am using Windows 10, is this the issue?
Really appreciate any help with this as cannot do much.

Yes, there are currently some issues with certain configurations and installations of Windows 10, unfortunately.
It would be helpful if you could post the details of any crash report the next time one occurs. This can often aid troubleshooting.
WebSite X5 runs on the Microsoft .NET framework and also makes use of Visual C++ run-time libraries. If the integrity of either of these two components is compromised then issues can occur. It would appear that Windows 10 updates are suspect, at the present moment.

Not all crashes will be accompanied by an error report, but some will produce messages like the ones shown as attachments in the following threads (for example):

If you can't get a screenshot then try if possible to copy any text 'details'.
