Hey there. I'm a user of Website X5 Evolution 11 (version 11.0.8.31). Every time when I made changes on my site, I saved (export) iwzip file. Suddenly that's not posible anymore. There is just text on the screen "the export of iwzip file can't be finished". I can export my site to the disk and that's all. I would like to have the latest version of iwzip file. Can anyone help me with that, please?

Regards, Irena

Make a print screen of the error message, so that we can say more. You may be an image file no longer properly yet.

Hello. I can't export iwzip file to the disk and also I can't import that file from the disk to the program. All I can do is to save the site and published it. I can't make the last version of iwzip file. So - if my PC crashed (I hope not), I can't import my webpage into the program. I really don't know how to fix that. Any idea, please?

Regards, Irena

You havean invalidor defectsfile(imageorPDFand so on)in your project.
Intheerror message when youexport, you can seethe path andname of theencryptedfile.
at the same place you can findaindex.xmlFile, where you canfind theorigin of the nameof thefile with an editor.
When you insertthis fileback into theproject, the errorshould be gone.

Hello Irena,

Tryto go in folder that you see, the pathyoucanalsofindin the "preferences".
Entersin the project folderand then"Library".
Look for the "index.xml" fileand rename itfor example in "index.xml.old".
Thenrenamethe file"backup.xml"in "index.xml".
If you have troubleyou canalsozipthe original file"index.xml"andattachhere soit can test.
