Header not showing up in responsive mode

www.AandLplumbingdurham.com is one of the problems.
I can not figure out how to get the header to show up in any size smaller then desktop

Hello Lauren,
The responsive viewports use a separate template with unique headers and footers. Have you set these up? (Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Responsive Template Structure). If not then this is the source of the problem.

I see the template structure, but do I need to insert a jpg in the header? I do not see the option to add text and a logo to the RTS
That's right, the responsive template accepts an image file instead of text. The image can of course in itself comprise text in part or in full. You can use a graphics editor such as paint.NET (http://www.getpaint.net/index.html) to make one if required.
If you wish you can also add a logo to the responsive menu (as per the help file):
One difference with respect to the definition of the desktop template is that, in the responsive template, you have a few more Content Properties in the Menu and Footer sections.
The following extra options are available in the Menu section:
▪Company Logo: with this option, you can select the graphic file (.JPG, .GIF, .PNG.) for the logo to be inserted in the top left corner, next to the menu items.
