Problem adding Drop Down menu on page. Level issue?

Hi,
I am using WebSite X5 Evo 12.0.5.22. I am trying to create a drop down menu on my FAQ page. I went to Sitemap Creation, clicked on the FAQ page to highlight it, and then clicked New Level. However, instead of adding a sub menu (drop down menu) to the FAQ page, the program added a new menu item in the main menu called Level1. Can you please explain what I am doing wrong? Thanks very much.

You will need to make the existing 'FAQ' page into a 'Level' instead - if you want you can then position the existing 'FAQ' page inside/underneath this new level (i.e. as part of the drop-down menu).
Please also note that you can rename the 'Level' to 'FAQ' if you wish.
