Hi,
I've completed my website and cannot get my videos to show on mobile devices.
I have tried your MP4 h264 codec and several others and nothing is working.
Please send a pre encoded video that will work in your web creator so I know that this isnt a technical error in your software.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried about 15 different video codecs and nothing is working. I wonder if the software is faulty if we can get a refund. I'll follow this to see if you can figure out the problem.

So, if I upgrade to v12 you will be able to solve my probelm and assist better? I dont want to spend another $75 and go nowhere?
