That particular website is using the sharing buttons available from AddThis:

Follow the instructions on the AddThis website to generate the correct code for your own website, which can then be inserted into your WebSite X5 page(s) using the 'Expert' tab in Page Properties.

Alternatively you can use the AddThis Object available for free as an Optional Object within WebSite X5.  You will find it by selecting 'Social Networks' in the Objects Management screen.
