Blog site does not published as responsive

I have created a web site http://blog.cubeiq.gr with just a home page and the blog facility (the application creates also the site map page). The home page is hidden and transfers with a delay of 5 sec to the blog home page. Responsive capability is ON and I have used the default values. Everything works OK for desktop respolution but when the screen gets smaller the content the responsive functionality does not work and the content is cut on the right side.

I tested it on a mobile device and it appears correctly. Can you please tell me on which device and with which browser do you experience the issue?
If you havealso a screenshot it would be useful.
