Hi,

I have the Incomedia Website pro 12; I'm trying to activate the Automatic Registration under Access Management in Advanced Settings; Also I've added the database into the Data Management. On my server, I've created the database with the table I need for the registration; but nothing happens! I think I don't have the fields names to create into the table.

If I need to create the table with the fields, please, could you let me know the fields? Or where can I find this information?

If I don't need to create those fields and the table, could ou help me to know what I'm doing wrong?

Hello Jorge,

Can you please check in the admin section of your website by using the admin username and password you find in your project in step 4 access management if there it shows the connection to the database is correct?

There's no need to create the fields you just choose the database and then you enter the name of a table which do not exists and the program will create it with the required fielfs.

Try to enter a new table name and then test it again.
