German Language shown at bottom of email form confirmations

I am in the process of setting up an email form on my web site, in English.
In my early testing, I have noticed that :-
1. The email confirmation to the user, who is submitting data on the form shows some German wording underneath.
2. Also, the email sent to the administator showing the info submitted also has German wording underneath.
I have attached a jpeg file, showing the content of the 2 emails.
Can this German wording be removed ?

To edit or delete the text you refer to, please go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > E-mail Layout > E-mail Item (dropdown menu) > Footer Note > Text
