WebSiteX5 Pro 12 has problems with win 10

Hi guys,
I recently bought WebSiteX5 Pro 12 and installed it to my PC ...
my oprating system is win 10 and I have problems to start the program after the very first installation .... I cannot open a new project or even edit an older one ....
I have to reinstall it and install everytime i face this problem ...
why it is like that? what is the solution ? should I go back to win 7 ?

I tried most of the solution that I have found in the internet, but nothing had worked.
So I downgraded to win 7 .... and the program works very good.
Win 10 was a free upgrade from win 7 ... I don't think that the problem can be with win 10.
But as I said I have now win 7 and I had made already a project and it works very fine.
Another problem that I am facing now, is that when I open the website in iPhone or any other smartphone it doesn't appear as prober as it should be.
