Link Security to SQL table

I have a MySQL database that runs as another part of my website. Within that database I have a user table I use for security. Is it possible to link the website X5 v12 security to this table so I can have a user area that uses the same login details as the other part of my Website?

Hello Steve,
At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
You need to add these users manually in the program int he access management in step 4 so these users will be able to login.
