Hi

A frequent issue I have is that when a customer places an order they then contact me wanting to change the order. Either quantity of items or the method of payment. How do I go about amending an order?

As it stands, as a shop operator you can only delete all of the customer's orders so that the customer can place a new order and specify the desired quantity and payment method.

Maybe the Incomedia employees will get in touch if there is another option. Otherwise, the shop operator's only option is to delete the order and the customer would have to place a new order.

See these instructions, which the shop operator can use to delete the order. However, the shop operator must be sure that it is the correct order before deleting it.
