Advert not displaying

Hi, I am using X5 ver 12. I have included an ad to display in the centre of the home page, the ad is 550px X 800Px and 100Kb in size. The add displays perfectly in prieview but when the site is made live I simply get a cross in the middle of the page, www.av1sa.com Any thoughts please?

Your advert displays fine for me (see the screenshot attached).
What browser are you testing on? Do you have any plugins or add-ons installed in this browser which could interfere with correct display of the image?

Hi Paul, thanks for the response, it must have been gremlins, I tried IE and it worked fine, went back to chrome and it also worked fine. Oh Well!
