Wrong header image displayed on mobile phone

I started a web site with a template, I replaced the Header background with my own image, when I view the website live from my desktop or laptop the replacement header displays correctly, when I view the live website on my iPhone the original template header is displayed and the horizontal menue is missing, the same problem occurs when I view the web site on my wifes iPhone, anyone have any ideas please, the URL is www.avactive.co.za

You need to set header, page background, etc for each resolution.
Step 2, template, customisation, template structure
However, I checked out the above link and it does not appear to be responsive. Did you turn off responsive as an interim measure??
