Losing Page Info after Previewing

I'm using Website X5 Professional 11 with Windows 10 Pro and I'm frustrated with losing my edits on pages after saving and previewing my work. Often everything I have built on a page will have disappeared after previewing it and I have to start all over again. I save often but the save button doesn't seem to actually save my work.
The program seems to be very unstable and unreliable. What can I do to improve this poor performance?

Unfortunately, there are various problems with win 10. I solve this: always save the project as soon as I make a few changes and always the first to preview which often crashes and closes. But if you save the project at least you only have to go back to that point start and no longer start. We reported the problem to incomedia, they are taking action to improve for those who use win10.
