Per abilitare il debug JIT, è necessario impostare il valore
jitDebugging nella sezione system.windows.forms del file di configurazione
dell'applicazione o del computer (machine.config).
L'applicazione inoltre deve essere compilata con il debug
abilitato.

Ad esempio:

Quando il debug JIT è abilitato, tutte le eccezioni non gestite
vengono inviate al debugger JIT registrato nel computer,
anziché essere gestite da questa finestra di dialogo.

grazie per le informazioni che ci hai inviato,

credo che vi siano degli update non corretti nel sistema.

Prova a verificare che il Framewokr 4.0 e 4.5.2 siano intallati correttamente nel sistema

Per l'errore legato alla libreria jint.dll devi aggiornare Internet Explorer che hai installato nel sistema, controlla fra gli aggiornamenti automatici proposti da Windows e aggiorna il browser di sistema.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4 è già installato in questo sistema operativo. Non è necessario installare .NET Framework 4 Redistributable. <A HREF="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=164207">Ulteriori informazioni</A>.

Nel computer è già stata installata una versione corrispondente o successiva di.NET Framework 4.

dovresti riuscire a disinstallarlo o disabilitarlo,

Per riparare il .NET Framework 3.5 e 4 bisogna utilizzare il seguente cleanup tool per rimuovere solo .NET 4:

Una volta rimosso apri il pannello di controllo e selezioni "Programmi e funzionalità" > "Attivazione o disattivazione delle funzionalità Windows" e nella finestra che appare disattiva il box Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 e poi clicca su ok. Dopo riattiva Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 e seleziona nuovamente ok.
La procedura puo richiedere del tempo per disattivare e riattivare .NET 3.5.1 e una volta completata procedi a reinstallare .NET 4 scaricandolo dal seguente link:
