Updating responsive grid error

I am trying to add to a page. I want to add an image box and a text box. I load the page which opens normally but whatever I do a window opens telling me that Incomedia is 'Updating the responsive grid'. The programmes ceases up at this point and I can do nothing.
Should I reinstall the software? Is this an issue that can be fixed?
I am working on www.focalview.co.uk/portfolios and then on the Distinctions section.
I tried this earlier and left the programme with the window open but when I came back the whole programme had crashed and shut.

I have just lost three hours work because I thought the issue had somehow resolved itself and then it happens again so now I have to start all over.
I would be very grateful for any advice here as I have deadlines to meet which is my problem not yours but.....:)
Hi Adrian,
the problem with the responsive grid depends on the many empty spaces you have in your page.
In this way, the software is very slow to create the responsive design. Anyway, to solve the matter, you can delete many of those white spaces, or insert empty html codes inside them.
