How to lock main menu

Hello
on website, for example ( http://upsera.lt/lygintuvu-keitikliu-sistemos)
Main menu is listed in top of page.
And when i scroll page down ( menu stays on top) and becames invisible.
Also same is whith page backgroud picture, when sroling dow it stays on top (and its becames invisible)
pls see picture attached and bolded areas in red.
Pls advice how to make these (main menu and background picture) always visible on page?
like example i found Website x5 created and site runing with the features i need

Posted on the
Grazvydas, to stop the menu scrolling off the screen, step 1, template style, main template structure, if you click on the menu then you can select keep always visible on the left hand side of the screen.
Similarly if you click on page background, you can select fixed background.
